    Shipping Method

    Hong Kong Post E-Express with Tracking: Allow about 6-10 business days for delivery.

    Once you have placed your order, we will ship the order the next 2-3 business day (Monday through Saturday excluding holidays).  A tracking number will be provided in the notifying email to you for your easy reference.

    Addition charges will be incurred if the shipment is more than 2.5KG.  We will contact and provide you an update shipping rate.

     

    Delivery Restrictions
    Fragrance and aerosols are unavailable for International Delivery. This is due to logistical limitations that prevent us from sending fragrance and aerosols outside of Hong Kong. If we cannot sell a product using International Delivery we will always show you on the product page.

     

    Customs
    In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our courier's website.

    Returns

    We want you to be able to shop on bbbeauty.com.hk with confidence. That is why we offer a 10 day returns policy for nearly all products sold.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Beauty items and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used will not be accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Sale items
    Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.

    We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them less any costs incurred by us for processing the return. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

    HOW TO USE
